Shipping and Delivery Information

Each of the companies in our network is individually operated and have their own shipping/delivery policies.  Same Day Delivery is available in many but not all locations if the order is received early enough to meet the courier pickup schedule. 

If at all possible, it is always better to have a gift delivered to a business rather than a residential address. The delivery driver will make all decisions regarding the security of leaving the order at the recipient's location or with a neighbor. We never recommend shipping to a hospital as the gift can sit for days in the hospital mail system.  Hand delivery is available in many locations for hospitals in their area.

Re-delivery Attempts - or re-routed deliveries to corrected addresses: When no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt will be made. You will be charged accordingly. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery attempt is due to an incorrect address.

Our companies use UPS, Fedex, DHL and USPO Priority mail for shipping. Most shipping rates range from $8.95 to $25.00 for regular ground service.  2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, will be quoted upon request.  Penalty fees for incorrect addresses will be charged.  Once an order has been picked up for delivery or shipped, that order cannot be cancelled.  There are no refunds or cancellations for products that are personalized once the order has been placed.
